Russell is a Lurcher who was born in March 2023, and he is just an absolute dream. He is a total head-turner with his beautiful coloring, his unique white eye, and those incredibly expressive ears! From the second he arrived at the kennels from the CSPCA, he settled straight in. He keeps his kennel perfectly clean, is so easy to look after, and is incredibly loving. If you are looking for a dog who will shower you with affection, Russell is your man. He is a massive fan of other dogs! Russell is fantastic with all dogs he meets, whether they are big or small. He loves to play, but he’d also be perfectly happy being the center of your world as an only dog. Walking him is a pleasure because he is so gentle on the lead. He does react to cats when out on walks, but he is easily distracted and happily plods along. With the right person, we think he could possibly be cat-trainable! Because he is so confident and gentle, we feel he could happily live in the town or the countryside. He is also gentle enough to live with young, dog-savvy children. He truly ticks every single box! 🟦The important bits: Russell is 26 inches tall, neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated (including kennel cough), and up to date on his parasite treatments. 🟦How to meet him: Russell is staying with us in North Cork. You will need to travel to our kennels to meet him, and if you already have a dog, you’ll need to bring them along too so they can become friends! Russell is so ready to finally have a couch and a family of his own.
