Meet Midas. He is an absolute gentleman, about 2 years old, and a tall, gorgeous boy standing 27 inches to the shoulder. We know the "Bull Lurcher" label sometimes makes people hesitate, but please don’t let that put you off. Bull lurchers are truly some of the sweetest, most loving dogs you will ever meet, and Midas is living proof. Midas came to us from the CSPCA, and despite a few scrapes and bumps when he arrived, he has been a total superstar. His sore pads and a little wound on his back leg are healing up beautifully. He is incredibly quiet, gentle, and just wants to be your best friend. If you enjoy peaceful walks, you’ll love him—he walks beautifully on the lead without any pulling. He’s also exceptionally clean in his kennel, so he is well on his way to being the perfect house guest. The ideal setup for Midas: 🐶 Other dogs? Yes! He is fantastic with other dogs, big or small, male or female. He can happily live with a canine buddy or shine as an only dog. 🐈 Cats? No cats for Midas, please—he is reactive to felines. 👦 Kids? Children aged 10 and up are ideal, or younger dog-savvy children. He is a big lad and could accidentally knock a smaller child over when looking for cuddles, so we just want to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable. 🏡 Location? He’s a confident boy, so he’ll happily settle into either a town or country home. Adoption Details: Midas is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and worm-treated.
