Description

Jovi is a vibrant 1.5-year-old Whippet Lurcher mix who has bounced back from a tough, underweight start in life.

Jovi is a medium-sized girl with a huge, lovable character and an incredible zest for life.Jovi has Diabetes Insipidus (which is not sugar diabetes, but a manageable hormone deficit). It is highly treatable and costs just 50 cents a day for half a tablet of Desmopressin Acetate via vet prescription.Jovi is active and loves a good gallop, but has a great "off button" and settles quickly. She can burst with morning excitement on the lead but walks beautifully and has good recall in enclosed areas. Her indoor housetraining is currently in progress. She can live as an only dog or with canine siblings, but she is not cat-friendly. Because she can jump very high, high boundaries and a very secure garden are mandatory. She loves human attention and is suitable for homes with children aged 8 and up. Jovi is fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough), microchipped, and spayed. A home visit and adoption fee apply. Adopters must be willing to travel to our North Cork kennels to meet her.
