Ferdi

Description

FROM STARVATION TO STUNNING: FERDI IS READY FOR HIS FRESH START! 🌟 If you want a dog who will turn heads in the park and completely steal your heart at home.

Ferdi is a gorgeous 1-year-old Lurcher with a touch of elegant Saluki. Looking at him now—big, bouncy, and full of life—it’s hard to believe the rough start he endured. Ferdi came to us via the C.S.P.C.A after being nearly starved to death. 😢❤️ But this boy is a survivor! He has completely come out of his shell and is ready for a family to call his own. ✨ Here is what makes Ferdi so special: 🧼 House-training Hero: He keeps his kennel spotlessly clean, making him super trainable and ready for home life! 🧠 Smart & Eager to Learn: He is highly intelligent, responsive, and loves to please his handlers. 🦮 Walkies Ready: He is great on the lead, though he gets a little bit bouncy and excited right at the start of his walks! 🏡 Adaptable Lifestyle: Ferdi would love a rural or urban home, as long as his owner has previous experience with sighthounds or large breeds. 🚫 Pet Requirements: Ferdi is a big boy! He isn't a match for cats or small dogs, so a home with medium-to-large dogs (or being your one-and-only) is perfect. Our team cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful lad. He is bound to win over his new family instantly and will be the most loyal companion you could ever ask for. 🐕❤️ Ferdi is fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough), and treated for parasites. Home visit & Adoption fee applies and adopters must come to our kennels in North Cork to meet our dogs, just to ensure everyone is the right match including your family dog if you have one.
