We have so many stunning dogs looking for homes. Arman is a gorgeous Saluki/Whippet mix (just under 3 years old). Not only is he drop-dead gorgeous (standing at 22.5 inches to the shoulder), but his personality is pure magic. He seriously loves every single person he meets and we believe any potential adopter will adore him once they meet him. Here is the lowdown on this absolute dote: The Good Stuff: House-training champ! He has pretty much mastered it since coming to us. Super smart & eager to please. He is incredibly trainable and up for any challenge. Great company. He loves being around humans and other dogs, and either needs another dog in anew home or a human around a nice bit. His Quirks (All dogs have a quirk or 2): He is a bit bouncy on the lead, but he’s not overly strong. We find halti's very beneficial for dogs that pull. Because of that happy bounce, he’d be best with older kids so he doesn’t accidentally knock anyone over! Strictly NO cats. That sighthound prey drive is real, and he will chase them. Health Note: Arman is fully vetted—vaccinated, chipped, neutered, and treated for parasites. The vets did notice his teeth are quite worn down from chewing on things before he arrived to us. They don’t cause him any pain and he eats perfectly fine, but his new family will just need to keep an eye on them. We are based in North Cork and adopters will need to come to the kennels to meet a dog, the existing family pet will need to attend also if applicable to see how everyone gets on. Home Visit & Adoption Fee is also part of the process.
