👵🏻🩷🩷 Meet Muriel & Marjorie! These older Shih Tzu ladies were found straying, underweight, matted and in need of dental care. Foster/forever home needed 💖

👵🏻❤️ INTRODUCING MURIEL & MARJORIE… TWO WEE GRANNIES LOOKING FOR THEIR RETIREMENT HOME! ❤️👵🏻 Well, if these two don’t sound like they should be sitting in their slippers with a cup of tea and a biscuit, we don’t know who does! 😂☕️ Meet Muriel and Marjorie, two older Shih Tzu ladies who have sadly found themselves in our care after being found straying in a really poor state. 💔 We aren’t sure how old these wee ladies are, but we do know they haven’t had the easiest time recently. Both girls are underweight, desperately need dental work and are in serious need of a good shave-off. The mats on their wee legs are so tight and thick that they must be incredibly uncomfortable. 🥺 Tomorrow, they’re heading to the vets for a full MOT and a much-needed clip to help them feel more comfortable. We want to get them feeling like the little ladies they deserve to be! Our wee Muriel also has luxating patellas, so we’ll be getting those checked out to make sure she’s comfortable and find out if anything further is needed. ❤️ But while we get to work on their health, there’s something else these two little grannies desperately need… 🏡 A HOME, NOT KENNELS. Kennels really aren’t the place for two older ladies who need comfort, warmth and a chance to put their paws up and enjoy a little peace and quiet. We would absolutely love to find Muriel and Marjorie a foster home, or even better, a foster-with-a-view-to-adopt home, where they can recover, settle in and enjoy some well-deserved home comforts. Imagine these two wee girls curled up on a cosy sofa, snoozing the day away, getting little treats and finally having someone to fuss over them. 🥹❤️ They may not be puppies. They may need a little extra veterinary care. And we may not know their exact ages or what their lives were like before they came to us. But they still deserve to be somebody’s little treasures.
