👑 Make Way for the Duke of Your Heart! 🐾💙 Meet Duke, the handsome six-year-old Border Collie who is hoping to find his forever kingdom! 👑🐶 Duke is a gorgeous boy who is ready to leave rescue life behind and find a family who will appreciate all the wonderful qualities that come with being a Border Collie. At six years old, Duke is still an intelligent and active boy who will need a home that understands the breed and is prepared to keep both his body and brain busy. Border Collies are incredibly clever, eager to learn and thrive when they have a purpose and plenty of interaction with their people. 🧠 What does a Border Collie need? Duke’s new family should be prepared for more than just daily walks. He’ll need: 🐾 Plenty of physical exercise and opportunities to explore 🧠 Mental stimulation to keep his clever brain occupied 🎓 Positive training and opportunities to learn new skills 👃 Scent games, enrichment and interactive activities 🎾 Games such as fetch, tug and puzzle-based activities 🏃 An active family who enjoys getting out and about ❤️ Plenty of companionship and involvement in family life 🏡 The home we’re looking for We are looking for a family who understands that bringing Duke home is a commitment to giving him the exercise, training, enrichment and companionship he needs. He would suit an active household where he can be part of the family and enjoy plenty of adventures. His new owners should be willing to continue his training using positive methods and give him appropriate outlets for that wonderful Border Collie brain. 🐶 Duke can live with other dogs, pending a successful meeting. 👧 He can live with children aged 10 years and over. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will love Duke for the clever, energetic and loyal boy he is and give him the time and attention he deserves. 💙 💉 Duke has received his first vaccination and is microchipped. As part of the adoption process, Duke will also be neutered by our vets. 👑 Duke may not need a castle, but he certainly deserves to be treated like royalty! We just need to find the family who are ready to make him their number one. 🥰
