Jessie is a playful and loving girl, who would love an active home. She does have ongoing skin issues which require regular medicated baths and grain free food

Jessie is a very playful and strong girl, she loves attention and making new friends. We are unsure if she is house-trained as she came from the pound. She is doing well with her lead training. She would love an active home. She does have ongoing skin issues which has been getting vet care with the skin specialist vet. She does require regular medicated baths and grain-free food. She also gets two apoquel tablets everyday, this will be life long. But we will provide a good supply. There will likely be times her skin will have some flare ups, but the vet is extremely pleased with her progress. Jessie is also allergic to chicken, so cant have anything with chicken in it as it will cause her to come out in hives. Due to her skin issues, the vet has advised we just give her the food and any treats could be given in the form of veggies, not different animal proteins. Jessie does mix well with most dogs, but she would be thrilled to be the only dog in the home if possible, so she can have all the attention. She can live with kids 12yrs+ who are used to bigger dogs.
