Tilly is a large mature marginated tortoise that enjoys lounging and snacking in equal amounts. She’s a very laid back tortoise and she does enjoy her space.

Minimum required enclosure size: 6x2ft vivarium or tortoise table, or secure outdoor space with heated shelter Suitable for: -sensible children of any age -keepers of any experience level. Tilly is a large mature marginated tortoise that enjoys lounging and snacking in equal amounts. She’s a very laid back tortoise although with her size she needs a large enclosure to give her space to move around. Tilly would also be suited to living in a secure outdoor space provided a heated shelter such as a shed or outbuilding is provided for her. As with all tortoises, she can nip if small fingers are put near his face, so care should be taken to supervise younger kids. We do not rehome any tortoises to co-habbing situations. They are solitary creatures and do not want or need a friend in their territory.
