🥰🥰 WELCOME WEE FLIPPER 🥰🥰 This wee woman came to us from the pound this week after sadly finding herself there when her mummy and daddy passed away 😢 She arrived very matted and with some lovely long talons, so first things first… a trip to the salon. All clean, brushed and with her nails done, she headed off for a new collar, lead and of course a hat because… well, every lady needs a hat (see below) 👒😂 While we were in the pet shop picking out all her lovely pink things, a gorgeous lady called Cliona stopped to say hello to her and bought her some treats! We honestly can’t thank you enough, Cliona. What a lovely thing to do for a wee dog who has already had so much change in her life ❤️ And this is how life will be from now on, wee woman, just look at the first picture from her first night in foster. Her foster mammy woke up and she was just lovingly looking at her, she has a wee family back and she is so happy ❤️ Flipper is such a quiet, content little lady when she knows she is safe. She spent yesterday being carried around the house, meeting new people and other dogs, and she loved everyone. She had the cosiest night’s sleep last night and woke up this morning well rested and ready for another day of being spoiled 💤 We think this wee doll would be perfect for an older family where everyone will dote on her and she can quite happily become the head of the household 👑 She can live with other dogs, but we think she’d absolutely love a retirement home where she can enjoy the quieter side of life. Although, don’t let her age fool you — this girl has plenty of life left in those old bones 🦴 We have a feeling Flipper is going to need a dental because, at the moment, her teeth smell like a harbour and look like they’ve been carved from wood 🤣🦷 So, after a full MOT and a brand new set of turkey teef, she’ll be all set to start her brand new life ❤️ If you’d like to donate towards Flipper and all the other animals in our care, please click the link below or contact us directly for our vet or bank details.
