Do you remember last December, when we shared a photo of a very scared Collie, Bert, appealing for a foster home? Bert - now called Oscar - is looking for his forever family! Oscar is a playful one-year-old Collie who has been in the care of Animal Connexions since October 2025. He initially spent five weeks with Corran Kennels before being transferred to us. Oscar arrived very unsure of the world around him. He has progressed into a playful young Collie who loves cuddles, chewing on treats and playing with his toys. Oscar is searching for a home where he can continue his incredible progress. Naturally, after his scary start in life, Oscar is nervous around new people. Once he gets to know you, his personality comes through. He has made friends with other dogs, both in our kennels and his foster neighbourhood. Oscar has the potential to live with a confident, well-rounded female dog after a successful meet-and-greet. He is also able to live with any teens over 16 years old.
