Koba is looking for a foster or forever home.

*We are seeking a foster, foster-to-adopt, or forever home for Koba. Please state on your application what you are able to offer.* Koba came into our care from our friends at Corran Kennels At just one year old, he has already experienced three different homes, through no fault of his own. Koba is finding it difficult to regulate himself in kennels, and his personality is being suppressed. Not every dog finds kennel life easy, and we feel Koba is one of those dogs who would benefit from being in a home environment. Koba is a very excitable dog who can find busy environments and new experiences a lot to process. He would really benefit from a quieter home where he can have plenty of one to one time, learn to regulate himself and start to build trust and confidence with his foster carer. After so much upheaval at such a young age, we want to give Koba the stability and consistency he needs, while helping him develop the skills he has missed out on. This clever boy can already sit, stay, and lie down, and he absolutely loves learning. We know Koba won't be an easy foster. He needs someone who can be around for much of the time, or has a large secure outdoor run, and who is prepared to continue his training with patience and a very consistent routine. There is work to do, but Koba is only one. We want to give him the chance to experience life in a home, build a relationship with his foster carer and learn that people can be trusted. We are looking for either a foster home or a foster home with a view to adoption for Koba. Most importantly, we need the right person who is willing to give him the time and support he needs.
