Fiachra

Description

Fiachra came from the CSPCA after being found half starved as no one showed any interest in him so we took him into our care.

Well Fiachra is definitely a fair weather four legged companion!! He hates the rain and will practically bury his head in his bed to avoid going out in it!! Fiachra likes to be the king of his castle so an only dog is what’s needed for him. Unfortunaly he can be reactive and for everyones peace of mind needs a muzzle when being walked especially where he can come across other dogs. Fiachra is great with humans just reactive to dogs and cats. We feel life in a more rural area as less chances of meeting other dogs and the space of a larger secure garden means he can do his zoomies as he can not be left off lead. He isn’t needy but does like to snuggle into you sometimes. He isn’t cat friendly. Fiachra will want a family that are not very young because of his height he could knock a child over. Even though he seems quite confident when you meet him there is still an element of him needing some confidence yet. His toilet training is coming along nicely. A besutiful boy that’s looking for his forever home. Fiachra is fully vaccinated inc Kennel Cough, chipped and Neutered. Home visit and adoption fee apply, secure garden required. Please note we are in North Cork and adopters must be willing to travel to our kennels to meet the dog.
