Description

Meg is a 3 year old beautiful dark brindle ex racing greyhound, ready for a life of home comforts.

Meg is 27 inches to her shoulder. Meg is a happy confident dog who has adapted to living in a home very easily. She loves her comfort, enjoys her walks, likes playing with toys and is friendly to everyone she meets. She adores men and has requested a man in her forever home. She sleeps in her crate at night and is happy to stay in it during the day if l need to go out for an hour or so. She’s very suitable as an only dog but is happy to share her space with other dogs also but she likes to be the boss, the other dog in her home would need to be happy to let her have the lead of the household. Meg can resource guard things like toys. She is not cat friendly and has high prey drive for the local rabbits! She is able to climb up stairs, is a bit insecure coming downstairs but is improving. She likes to go in the car but needs help to get in, will not jump in herself. She is toilet trained and never had any accidents in the house. So far she has not tried to steal any food from the table or countertop. She has a magnificent red brindle coat. Photographs don’t do it justice. She’s a ready made pet looking forward to her forever home. Meg is spayed, vaccinated including kennel cough, got rabies vax and passported as well as wormed and de flead. Home visit and adoption fee applies.
