Description

Bruni is a 2 year old greyhound and is a ready made pet. He’s a confident, happy boy that just loves life.

Bruni walks perfectly on lead and is not bothered by busy traffic or noises. He mostly ignores other dogs, big and small on walks but does need another dog in his new home. He loves attention and will compete for same if he thinks another dog is getting too much. Due to his size -he’s 29” TTS- he is able to reach most things. Counter tops and shopping bags are seen as an invitation. He’s very friendly, loves people and has a constantly wagging tail. He sleeps alone downstairs and has been left home alone during the day for short periods without any fuss. He’s very clean in the house and didn’t need to be toilet trained. He is suitable as an only dog and is currently in foster with a female greyhound and they get on very well. He’s the proud owner of a beautiful white coat with red markings. He loves toys but only for short periods of time, likes new ones often and happily plays with the recycling cartons. He will help himself to those! He looks forward to his walks and gets excited when the coats and leads come out. Not a real fan of coats, would prefer not to wear one, but forgets about it once he starts walking. He has good stamina and will do long walks. He doesn’t seem to have a strong prey drive. He doesn’t like rain and will avoid going out on a wet day if he can. He loves cuddles and will happily share the couch with you and/or another dog. He’s ready for his forever home. He has learnt stairs and will jump in and out of the car. He prefers to have the boot space in the car to himself. He gets grumpy if he has to share it and will stand for the whole journey to let you know. He is a big boy who prefers to stretch out. Bruni is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated including KC, worm and flea treated. Home visit and adoption fee apply.
