Meeko

Description

Meeko is a puppyish friendly boy with lots of energy in need of an active family. Meeko loves everyone he meets, travels well in the car & ticks lots of boxes.

Meeko, even though vets have said he is at least 2 years old is still a puppy at heart, he loves playing and collecting items around the house like shoes. Meeko was picked up by the warden after straying for a while and was not in the best condition, he was walking on his back elbows and had an infection on his nose where he may have been bitten by another dog. Meeko is walking correctly now and has no health issues. Meeko loves everyone he meets but can jump up as he is overly friendly and we feel he would knock smaller children over unintentionally. Meeko has got on with all the dogs at the kennels & Doggy Day Care, he loves nothing more than trying to out run them which he is well able to do. Meeko needs a more active home more than many other lurchers, if he does not get his walks he can be destructive, he is crate trained, walks well on a lead, nearly house trained and just a lovely happy boy.
