These sweet old souls are simply looking for a quiet wee corner of the world to call their own. Nothing fancy, mind you — just a warm sofa, a soft blanket, and someone pottering about the house so they can keep you company from a very comfortable distance.
They’re not for gallivanting up mountains or running marathons — goodness no! A short, gentle stroll to stretch their dainty legs is quite enough before it’s home for a biscuit and a proper snooze. And snooze they do — champions of napping, the pair of them.
They’re as polite as you like and could live nicely with cats or other calm, mannerly dogs. What they truly need is a slow, steady home — the sort where days roll by softly and no one’s in a rush.
They’re still having their little veterinary checks tended to, but for ladies of a certain age they’re in lovely health and enjoying life at their own unhurried pace.
These wee darlings don’t ask for much at all. Just warmth, kindness, and someone to cherish them in their golden years. And in return? The gentlest companionship, the softest eyes watching you fondly, and two warm bodies curled up happily beside you.
