PJ doesn’t let his genetic disorder hold him back one bit. This petite little guy lives life to the absolute fullest and is happy to see everyone each day!

-Keepers and handlers of any experience level
PJ is the class clown of the rescue just now. He’s the one to be up and greeting us at his glass every morning and is always on the go around his enclosure, making full use of every bit of enrichment. He loves being with people, and will hang out in your hands for as long as you’ll let him.
PJ is a spider morph royal python, although he doesn’t currently show any of the usual symptoms. Adopters should be aware that he may in the future, and so adequate research on this.
We feel PJ may also have some issues with his eyesight, which again may have a genetic link. Ensuring his food is fully warmed before offering will help him find it every time, and otherwise it doesn’t bother him at all.
