Ozzy came in such a fearful boy, now in the time he has been with us he have grown so much he is now ready to find his forever home
This sweet 2-year-old male Border Collie came into our care feeling scared and unsure of the world around him. It's clear he's had a rough past, but despite his trauma, Ozzy has shown nothing but love and affection once he trusts you.
Ozzy thrives in a calm environment and would do best in a home with another confident dog to help guide him. He has lived with children and shows no harm to them but he is very noise sensitive and for this reason we feel Ozzy would thrive in an adult only home, so a quiet, rural setting would be perfect for him. He is still a flight risk, so a secure garden is essential especially as he bonds with his new family.
He’s adapting well to house life and enjoys lounging in the garden and snuggling up beside you on the sofa. While he can walk on the lead he is still very timid, he’s making progress every day. With patience and dedication, Ozzy will blossom into the loving companion he was always meant to be.
