A fast and friendly little dog who is looking for his forever home
Squidge is a very small dog who loves making friends with other people and dogs. He has been attending the "pups and zoomers" playgroups at Beechgrove Doggy Fun Park and loves his outings. He happily plays with the smallest terrier to the biggest labradoodle, and everyone in between.
Squidge would be a great dog to participate in sports, such as Agility or Hoopers. He has been introduced to jumps and tunnels and really enjoys them. He might have little legs, but he is very, very fast! He knows some basic commands and hand signals, and has very impressive-looking listening ears.
He loves to play with toys and balls. As a little foodie, he really enjoys enrichment puzzles such as Kong toys. Natural snacks, such as a pig's ear, are one of his favourite things.
Squidge came to us from a family home and can live with children over 8 years of age. He can live with another dog who matches his play style. He can not live with a cat.
In the car, Squidge will sit or lie down quietly until you reach your destination. He walks nicely on a lead, only occasionally forgetting it's not a tug toy, and is very proud to show you his 'sit' in exchange for being told he's a good boy.
Squidge is house-trained.
