This petite lurcher lady has been through more than her fair share. After a rough start to life, including being knocked down and suffering a broken leg and serious neglect, Cailín is now healed, hopeful, and ready for the next chapter—a loving forever home.
Cailín is a lively and affectionate lady who’s making up for lost time after being on crate rest to recover from her injuries. Now fully on the go, she loves to run, play, and soak up all the affection she can get.
She’s nearly house trained and walks well on the lead—once she gets past the initial excitement of heading out! Cailín gets along great with other dogs, though her playful, boisterous nature can be a bit much for more laid-back pups.
Cailín is still learning her manners—she can get a bit jumpy when excited—so she’d do best in an adult-only home or with a family with older children who are comfortable around an enthusiastic dog. With a bit more training and lots of love, Cailín is sure to blossom into the perfect companion.
Despite everything she’s been through, she has a loving heart, a playful spark, and eyes full of love. She’s a true survivor, and all she wants now is a safe space, a cosy bed, and someone to show her what real love feels like.
